Lorenzo B. Nicoletti
Dual-qualified lawyer in Brazil and Portugal. He holds a Master's degree at the Centre for European and German Studies (CDEA) at the Law Faculty of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an LL B from the Fundação do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Sul (FMP-RS). In addition, he holds a specialisation in Consumer Law from the University of Coimbra's Consumer Law Centre and a Diplôme d'université in European and Comparative Contract and Consumer Law from the Université Savoie Montblanc. He has contributed to publications on competition and consumer law. His professional experience encompasses roles in indirect public administration and law firms, in the areas of antitrust, dispute resolution and regulation.
